I'm Celebrating 15 Years of Health and Vitality!

Release the balloons and queue the confetti to drop. I’m celebrating!

This month marks the fifteenth anniversary of recovering my health and return to full vitality. What a different life I led before that occurred.

It’s hard for me to believe that I was chronically ill and unable to work for nearly ten years. Never having been seriously ill before, I trusted my doctors to find the magical cure and get me well. Instead, I became confused over what my symptoms were versus the side effects of my multitude of medications used to treat my symptoms. My life was a six-year blur of helplessness as I followed professional direction that left me feeling worse.

I had two choices; continue to merely exist that way forever or find my own answers. I chose the latter and set off on a three-year healing journey. In the process, I turned to my inner voice, my intuition for guidance.

I learned our bodies act as our internal compass. They send us signals when we go off track. If we choose to ignore those signals long enough, chronic conditions (such as migraines, joint issues, back pain, frequent upper respiratory issues such as asthma, etc.) and serious, sometimes even fatal diseases develop.

Looking back now it’s easy for me to see the connection. As I started to work on my emotional health and began to release my fears (and fear takes many forms) I began to recover.

What I found was I already knew everything I needed to know to get well.

I am a firm believer that each and every one of us has all the answers we need. It’s what I call “internal truths.” You were born with it. We all were.  It’s just a matter of learning how to tap into it again and sometimes we need assistance.

There was a wonderful bonus attached to this journey through what seemed like hell; I discovered my life’s purpose and work I love.  I am an Intuitive Healer, and Health and Wellness Coach helping others transform their lives!

Do you have chronic condition that plagues you every day? Or a serious disease? Or maybe you know someone who may be struggling to regain optimum health, maybe someone you work with, a relative or friend, or maybe your significant other.

Imagine celebrating an anniversary of return to health and vitality.  How would that feel?
